  I was a Sprint client for ten years, but when I left to serve in the Peace Corps the company would not hold my number without charging me a monthly fee. I left Sprint and vowed never to return. I have been a Verizon client for six years, knowing paying about $45 more a month with Verizon vs Sprint for those six years due to principal alone. Once I moved to Luray and saw how involved Sprint was in the community, donating money, time, presence at events, and Caitlin...wow, I was impressed. As someone who truly values the community in which I live, I couldn't help but support such an involved business. I can now feel good about saving $45 a month on top of it!

  Was promised a sprint loyalty credit by Nick when i upgraded last year in May.I was Basically told by him he couldnt take care of the issue after not receiving the credit for 3 months and was given customer care nunber. It has been almost a year and still am dealing with sprint customer care. However I do give credit to The lady in charge. I believe her name is Yohana. She has tried to fix the problem after a year and is very courteous and kind. So for that I give them 3 stars. If it wasnt for her theyd receive 1!!
